The Four-Leaf Towers’ symbol is derived from the four-leaf clover pattern. The square-quadrant plan of each building spreads from a central core like the four-leaf clover grows from a central stem.

The two forty-story, square buildings stand amid a spacious manicured landscape unmatched elsewhere in Houston. The expansive site displays the towers’ handsome exterior to maximum advantage and offers residents quiet and serenity in the midst of the city’s bustling Uptown District. At the same time, the towers have become an iconic and integral part of the District, enhancing both its visual appeal and its international prestige.

Glass exterior and beyond the two-story penthouse residences that occupy the thirty-ninth and fortieth floors, the square shape of each building becomes octagonal, forming a top crown. Private Park:

Standing at right angles to one another, the two towers and their park-like setting form an iconic property that is both a luxurious and comfortable residence and a world-class architectural statement.

The lawns are lined with manicured shrubs and laced with illuminated walkways throughout. In the towers’ central plaza sits Polygenesis (Houston Sentinels), the obelisk-reminiscent sculpture created by esteemed American artist Beverly Pepper.

Four-Leaf Towers concierge and valet services are offered to each resident to ensure a distinguished lifestyle of daily comfort and convenience.

In both towers, there are only eight units on each of floors 3 through 15, and only four units on each of floors 16 through 39. Access to the residences via the plaza level is limited to the front lobby, which is staffed by a concierge at all times, and the rear service entrance, which is controlled by a security guard, also 24 hours per day. Visitors to the towers must check in with either the concierge or the security guard who will contact the resident to confirm that the visitor is expected. Additionally, keys to the residences cannot be duplicated.

 

 

 

Four-Leaf Towers housekeeping services are available to residents to clean individual units for an additional cost. Finally, on-site management, engineering, and maintenance staff round out the professional and dedicated team that keeps Four-Leaf Towers flawlessly operational day after day.

 

 

 

Two-Bedroom Plan

 

As designed, the two-bedroom plan includes a foyer and a powder room, living and dining area with wet bar, full-service kitchen with serving area, separate service entry, master bedroom suite with separate baths, and a second bedroom or den suite with separate bath. The plan spans over an approximate area of 1,675 square feet. These plans can be found on floors 3 through 15.

    Each tower has a large and elegantly appointed party room which includes a full-service kitchen and bar and overlooks the recreational plaza. The party rooms are available to all residents and may be reserved for private functions.

  • +   2. Parking Garage

    The towers are located on a landscaped plaza that is elevated above street level; below the plaza is a garage that can accommodate up to 680 vehicles. The garage has a single entry-exit next to a security station that is staffed by a security guard at all times, 24 hours a day. The entrance to the garage is also under constant closed-circuit surveillance. A shuttle elevator and stairway connect the garage only with the main lobby and open in full view of the concierge.

    The design of the Four-Leaf Towers grounds and structures prioritizes both safety and privacy. All common areas are covered by a fire-sprinkler system. Smoke detectors throughout the buildings and a smoke exhaust system enhance the residents’ safety. In addition, Four-Leaf Towers receives its electricity supply directly from a substation by means of underground lines, an unusual feature in a city where most residences receive electricity via above-ground lines. For those infrequent occasions when supply is interrupted, Four-Leaf Towers has an emergency-power generation capability that supports critical common-area building systems. Finally, engineering and maintenance staff are on-site 24 hours a day.
